Yes. Feel free to send an email to request samples.

What are your rates?
General rates are explained here.

How do I submit?
You can email a Word document or send a hard copy by U.S. Mail. The submission process is explained in detail here.

How do I make payments?
When paying online, payments are made through PayPal (all major credit cards accepted). You can also send a check or money order. The payment process is explained in detail here.

What is your turnaround time?
Generally 2-4 days on smaller projects. Longer pieces would obviously require more time. You will be informed of the estimated turnaround time upon initial submission.

I'm a good writer. Why do I need an editor?
Any writer can benefit from the services of an editor. Sometimes it's difficult to get perspective on your own writing, and the eye of an objective outside reader can help streamline and clarify your work. Or perhaps your work was a rush project; an editor can catch problems or mistakes you may have missed. (And I practice what I preach: I used an outside editor to check the text content of this site!)

Do you do research?
Yes.
Feel free to send an email to discuss.

What does Check Your Work do with my submissions and other personal information?
We hold all submitted work on file indefinitely as a safety copy. All transactions are confidential; we never disclose or sell submitted work or personal, contact, or payment information.

I'M A STUDENT AND...

...English is my second language. Can you help?
Definitely. I have worked on many ESL assignments. Having your paper edited not only improves its readability, but also helps non-native speakers learn proper written English.

...I want to pay you to write my paper for me.
Nope. Writing the paper is your job.

...I want to buy a paper from you.
Nope. Not gonna happen.
